The Exam Day is an important day for most of the candidates. Being prepared on this day ensures a smooth process and makes your exam an enjoyable experience.
1. Before the exam
- Please check the date, time and address of your exam. We will email you this information in the form of an exam invitation approximately two weeks before your exam. If you have any questions, please click here:
- Don't forget to check the duration of your travel time, especially if your exam is at the weekend or on a public holiday.
- Be at the exam venue early! Make sure you arrive at the exam venue early so that you can familiarise yourself with the exam environment.
2. What to bring to the exam
- Bring a valid, unexpired original ID card (not a copy) to the exam! Passport, ID card, driver's licence or foreigner's identity card will be accepted. Candidates without valid ID will not be admitted to the exam. Further Information
- Do not bring laptops, iPads, tablets, eReaders or smartwatches to the exam.
- Please bring a printout of your exam invitation to the exam.
3. During the exam
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices may not be used during the entire day of the examination.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the examination room (except water in a white transparent plastic bottle).
- Please do not bring bags, jackets, etc. to the table where you are writing the exam.
- Listen carefully when the invigilator reads out the instructions.
- Please do not talk to other people. Also, do not try to look at the other candidates' exams.
- There is a clock in the examination room to help you time yourself.
4. At the end of each part of the exam
- At the end of each part of the examination (e.g. writing, reading, etc.) the invigilator will ask you to stop writing. Stop immediately.
- Hand over all parts of the exam to the invigilator, including question booklet, answer sheet, note paper, etc.
- If you have any questions or problems, please let your invigilator know immediately.
